Job description

This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

1. Schedule: 5/6-5/21, Monday 9a–4p, Tuesday 8a–5p, Wednesday 9a–6p, Thursday 7:30a–5p, Friday 7a–3:30p
2. Patients Per Day: 15-20
3. Types of Cases: All ages, mostly adults. Crown and bridge, fillings, endo (including molar endo), dentures, and Invisalign. Certification in Invisalign is preferred but not required.
4. Electronic Medical Record: Dentrix
5. Work Environment: Out of 2-3 chairs/columns, with 3 Dental Assistants and 1 Hygienist.
6. Requirements: Active Indiana license, DEA certification, BLS/CPR certification.

There are numerous museums and recreational areas in and around Franklin, including the National Art Museum of Sport, James Whitcomb Riley House, Paynetown State Recreation Area, Middle Fork State Wildlife Refuge, and Fort Harrison State Park.
