Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our client's dental practice. The office is a state of the art office with a busy patient base and an amazing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. As a Dentist, you will diagnose and treat various dental conditions, educate patients on oral health, and work collaboratively with a dedicated team of dental professionals.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Conduct various dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals (endodontics), and preventive care.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques to assess dental health and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation of patient treatments and progress.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
• Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through continuing education.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, dental terminology, and infection control practices.
• Experience with medical documentation and medical imaging is advantageous.
• Familiarity with dental fabrication techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate manner.
