Position Highlights:

• Advanced Clinical Opportunities: Perform advanced restorative dentistry, surgery, endodontics, and implantology with mentorship available. We welcome motivated general dentists, especially those who have invested in continuing education through AGD, Kois, Spear, Dawson, or Pankey.
• Flexible Work Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week with office hours Monday 9 AM–6 PM; Tuesday–Thursday 7 AM–4 PM; Friday 7 AM–3 PM.
• Proven Production Potential: Our average daily production for general dentists is $4,500 per day , with strong patient demand.
• Efficient Practice Model: Traditional 3-column schedule with accelerated/assisted hygiene , maximizing efficiency and income potential.

Compensation & Partnership Track:

• Collections-Based Compensation with a 99% RCM/Collections Rate
• Tiered, Progressive Rate of Collections:
  • 30% on collections under $60K
  • 32% on collections between $60K-$80K
  • 34% on collections over $80K
• Projected Earnings: A doctor collecting $90,000 per month would earn $27,800 in income , or approximately $333,600 per year under this plan (+Profit Distributions for Ownership).
• $700 Daily Guarantee for First 90 Days
• Three Employment Options:
  • W-2 Employee
