Emergency Dental of America is looking for a skilled, compassionate, and experienced Associate Dentist to join our dedicated team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, allowing you to deliver efficient, evidence-based treatment while practicing the way you were trained—no quotas, no micromanagement.

What You'll Do

As an Associate Dentist, you will:

• Provide a wide range of dental services, including diagnostics, preventive care, restorative procedures, surgical extractions, and molar endodontics
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans with a focus on patient education and long-term oral health
• Build trusted relationships with patients by delivering compassionate, judgment-free care—even in emergency situations
• Accurately document all patient encounters, charting treatment plans and procedures in compliance with state and HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with and lead a small, dedicated support team to ensure smooth clinical operations and outstanding patient experience
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on dental experience in a clinical setting
• An active dental license in the state of Ohio in good standing
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong clinical proficiency in molar endodontics and surgical extractions
• Excellent communication and patient management skills—especially under pressure
• A commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous improvement
