We're seeking a motivated, skilled General Dentist to step into a thriving full-time clinical role with a clear path to ownership through buyout of the existing practicing partner. This is a rare opportunity in Summerville, SC —a rapidly growing, high-demand community just outside of Charleston.

About the Role

• Full-Time Position: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Compensation: Tiered collections-based model with a 99% RCM/collections rate

  • 30% of collections under $60,000

  • 32% of collections between $60,000–$80,000

  • 34% of collections over $80,000

• Daily Guarantee: $700/day for the first 90 days

• No lab or supply fees and no adjustments

• Employment Options:

  • W-2 Employee

  • 1099 Independent Contractor

  • Service Member Model (1099 IC with access to group benefits)
