We are seeking an energetic and friendly general dentist to join our team at our Marina and Bakersfield, California locations.

Associates have full autonomy in establishing treatment plans and providing care, supported by direct mentorship. You will focus on your area of expertise while others handle administrative tasks. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide quality dental care to patients
• Create treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during consultations
• Review treatment plans with families and obtain informed consents
• Perform restorations, extractions, and restorations of edentulous areas
• Follow all federal, state, and local regulations including HIPAA and OSHA
• Lead and support clinical staff in patient treatment
• Maintain a positive attitude to foster a pleasant work environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily minimum guarantee of $850 - $1,000 depending on experience
• 33% of net production or daily minimum, whichever is higher
• Potential to earn up to 35% of net production based on tenure
• Sign-on/relocation bonus of $35,000 to $50,000 (based on experience, 2-year contract)
