Benefits Overview :

• Sign-on Bonus : $25,000 with one year contract agreement.
• Incentive Pay : Options of up to 60K per year based on performance and contract commitment.
• Loan Repayment : Our providers have a high success rate when applying for State or Federal loan repayment / loan forgiveness programs. Current HPSA score of 26 for all dental locations.
• Salary : Negotiable based on experience; new graduates start out at $175,000.
• Medical and Prescription Drug Coverage : Three comprehensive plan options (Buy-up, Base, and High Deductible) through UnitedHealthcare's Choice Plus network, covering various deductibles and out-of-pocket limits. Includes access to telemedicine services via Teladoc.
