Job summary

Gentle Dental Bonney Lake is seeking an experienced Full-Time General Dentist to join our established practice in Bonney Lake, Washington. You’ll provide comprehensive general dentistry with clinical autonomy while benefiting from the strong support of a respected network of specialists.

This role offers a competitive earnings range and a production-based compensation model, with guaranteed pay during the first 60 days, and visa sponsorship options (H-1B, TN, and Green Card).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited dental school.
• Current Washington State dental license or ability to obtain by the start of employment.
• Required professional licenses and certificates, including CPR, DEA, and NPI, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry.
• Collaborate with in-house board-eligible or board-certified specialists as needed.
• Maintain high clinical and operational standards with PPO-based practice autonomy.
• Participate in a 5-day work week with 1–2 Saturdays per month.
