Job summary

Family Health Care in west-central Michigan is seeking a licensed Dentist to join a community health network that provides broad dental and medical services. You will diagnose and treat diseases, manage records, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across sites to deliver patient-centered care.

This full-time role offers a salaried position with bonuses, loan repayment programs, excellent benefits, and generous paid time off, along with a 4- to 5-day workweek and no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed DMD/DDS and Michigan dental license required.
• Ability to diagnose, treat, and manage dental health.
• Experience collaborating with medical and behavioral health teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums.
• Treat diseases of nerve, pulp, and other dental tissues affecting oral health.
• Fit dental appliances and provide preventive care; maintain patient records.
• Review diagnostic results and communicate findings to patients; manage care tasks.
• Respond to patient needs in a manner consistent with good dental practice.

• Wide variety of procedures completed in-office (composites, amalgams, dentures, partials, extractions, crown and bridge, endo, etc.)
• Medical clinic and pharmacy on site

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums;
• treat diseases of nerve, pulp, and other dental tissues affecting oral hygiene and retention of teeth;
• fit dental appliances or provide preventive care to dental clinic patients; maintain dental records;
• review and notify patients of diagnostic test and consultation results; and
• respond to patient care tasks and phone calls consistent with good dental practice.

Qualifications:

• State of Michigan Dentist License
• US Doctor of Dental Medicine degree
