Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school is required.
• Active Arizona dental license (or ability to obtain) is required.
• 2+ years’ experience or completion of AEGD/GPR is preferred.
• Experience with implant restorations, molar endodontics, and Invisalign is highly preferred.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
