Associate Dentist - High-End General & Restorative Practice in Allentown, PA

Our long-established general dental office is seeking a full or part-time Associate Dentist to join our team. We pride ourselves on a "patient-first" philosophy. We keep a loyal, multi-generational patient base and confidently hold a stable, high-reimbursement environment.

The Opportunity

This is not a "corporate" dental environment. We focus on comprehensive care and long-term oral health. You will step into a busy schedule with a robust PPO and Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient pool, allowing you to focus on high-quality dentistry without the pressures of low-reimbursement HMO cycles.

Schedule

Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

Clinical Autonomy

Complete control over your treatment planning and material choices. Being personable and comprehensive treatment planning patients is key.

Well-maintained, long-term patients who value their oral health and trust our clinical recommendations.
