We welcome experienced dentists and 2026–2027 graduates. Compensation includes a guaranteed daily minimum, up to $50,000 sign-on, and comprehensive benefits in a dentist-owned practice.

COMPENSATION

Permanent daily minimum guarantee

Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus for select opportunities

Average full-time compensation: $290,000–$330,000+
