Angell Animal Medical Center is seeking an experienced Assistant or Certified Veterinary Technician for our growing dentistry service. The role supports the dental team, monitors anesthesia, takes radiographs, and assists with dental cleanings and appointments.
We value collaboration with doctors and staff, training of interns, and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. CVT certification is required; two years of experience preferred.

The Veterinary Dental Technician/Assistant works closely with the Dental Staff, Dental Supervisor, Dental Veterinarians, the veterinary staff and hospital support staff from other departments. The primary responsibility of the Veterinary Dental Technician/Assistant is to provide the highest quality dental care to the patients of the Angell Animal Medical Center in the Dental Service. The Veterinary Dental Technician/Assistant must work in conjunction with a team of doctors and technicians to provide support and direction for the interns and residents.
Applicants should ideally have 2 years of experience working as a veterinary technician/assistant. Candidates must be a certified veterinary technician. Recent graduates from an accredited veterinary technology program are encouraged to apply.
Veterinary Assistants starting $22-$27/hour
Certified Veterinary Technicians starting $25-$30/hour, $5000 Sign on Bonus for CVTs!
Candidates with additional experience or credentials may be eligible for higher compensation.
