Job summary

Gentle Dental Tempe is hiring Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from initial diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You will clearly communicate financial options and guide patients toward recommended care while maintaining a positive, patient-centered approach.

The role requires 1–2 years of front office medical experience, strong computer literacy, and preferably experience presenting treatment plans and costs. Tempe location offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Bilingual a plus.
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients to a happy and healthy smile from first appointment to last.
