Job summary

Sage Dental is seeking a Patient Care Advocate in Orlando, FL to help patients understand and act on their treatment plans. You will work alongside the clinical team to present cases, explain insurance benefits, and remove barriers to care so every patient leaves with a clear next step.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance (preferred).

• Excellent communication and case-presentation skills.

• Educate patients on insurance benefits, financing options, and out-of-pocket costs.
• Enter accurate treatment plans into Dentrix and keep follow-up workflows tight.
• Provide excellent customer service to every patient and visitor.
