Job description

We are looking for an amazing Financial Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Riverside practice!

A minimum of 1 year of experience as a pediatric/orthodontic Treatment Coordinator is required. Must have thorough knowledge of dental billing, insurance PPO/HMO plans, along with Denti-Cal. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and a strong work ethic.

Treatment Coordinator Job Duties:

• Developing treatment plans
• Managing IV cases
• Familiarity with financing options such as Care Credit and Lending Club
• Electronic billing and billing knowledge
• Achieving monthly production and collection goals
• Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus
• Experience with Dentical, PPO, and HMO billing
