Sonrava Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join the team and act as the primary liaison for patients. The PCC welcomes patients, introduces them to the office, coordinates treatments, and builds lasting relationships through excellent service and helpful sales conversations.

The role emphasizes delivering a welcoming experience, explaining treatment options and costs, and ensuring smooth scheduling and patient follow-up while maintaining privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions.
