Silver Creek Dental Partners in Laguna Hills, CA is seeking a qualified Dental Treatment Coordinator to manage patient flow, explain proposed treatments, and coordinate insurance coverage. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $30.00 to $34.00.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of dental treatment coordination experience, strong ADA code knowledge, and a friendly, patient-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of treatment coordination experience in a dental office.
• Advanced knowledge of dental terminology, ADA codes and procedures.
• Familiarity with HMO and PPO insurance.
• A friendly, positive attitude and a strong sense of reliability.
• A talent for creating a great patient experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining proposed treatment and answering questions about HMO and PPO coverage.
• Obtain benefit breakdowns and make sure patients understand their coverage and out-of-pocket costs.
• Fill schedule openings as they come up.
• Audit and scan patient charts.
• Help patients update their medical history and contact information.
• Prepare digital charts for the next day's appointments.
• Use our practice software and tools to keep the office running efficiently.
