Job summary

Sonrava Health in Houston, TX is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the friendly first point of contact for patients. You will greet patients, explain treatment options, coordinate appointments, and help patients navigate insurance and payments.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, loves delivering great customer service, and can work with dental staff to build lasting patient relationships. Healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in a customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholders.
