Star Dental Partners in Marietta, Georgia is hiring a Full Time Dental Treatment and Billing Coordinator. The role coordinates treatment plans, presents options to patients, and handles scheduling and billing in a patient-centered practice.

Typical hours include Monday–Friday with the described shifts; benefits include a bonus program, 401K, PTO and comprehensive insurance coverage. This position requires 3+ years of dental admin experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3 or more years experience with admin work in Dental Practice.
• Experience in Treatment Planning/Presentations, Insurance & Patient Aging Reports Management is a Must.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs.
• Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Dental Treatment coordination and presentation to patients.
• Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies.
• Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies.
• Establishing trusting relationship with new patients.
• Tracking pending and incomplete treatments.
• Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services.
• Appointment scheduling.
• Requesting records.
• Patient follow ups.
• Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance.
