• Graduate of an accredited Dental Therapy program.
• Current Oregon Dental Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment.
• Current CPR certification.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental therapy care within the scope of licensure.
