Gentle Dental Klamath Falls in Southern Oregon seeks a Dental Therapist to join a collaborative team in a practice expanding access to high-quality care.

The position offers $155,000+ annual compensation and a $15,000 sign-on bonus, with opportunities to practice at the top of licensure and grow within the office and community.

Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with clinical and operational support in a modern setting designed to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Therapy program.
• Current Oregon Dental Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Passion for patient-centered care and expanding access to oral healthcare.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand access to oral healthcare as part of a collaborative dental team.

The Opportunity

As a Dental Therapist with Gentle Dental, you’ll play an important role in expanding access to oral healthcare while working as part of a collaborative dental team.

We want our Dental Therapists to practice at the top of their licensure and use the full range of skills they’ve worked hard to develop. We’re committed to creating an environment where you can grow clinically, utilize your training, and make a meaningful impact on the patients and community you serve.

At our newer Klamath Falls practice, you’ll also have the opportunity to grow alongside the office , build lasting patient relationships, and help establish a strong presence in the community.

Compensation
