Job summary

Gentle Dental Washington Street in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Dental Therapist to join our collaborative team. We offer full-time or part-time opportunities and compensation of $155,000+ with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, depending on experience.

You’ll practice at the top of your licensure, work with dentists, hygienists, and the rest of the team to expand access to quality care, and grow professionally in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Therapy program.
• Current Oregon Dental Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Passion for patient-centered care and expanding access to oral healthcare.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Practice at the top of your licensure and use the full range of skills developed.

As a Dental Therapist with Gentle Dental, you’ll play an important role in expanding access to high-quality oral healthcare while working as part of a collaborative dental team.

We want our Dental Therapists to practice at the top of their licensure and use the full range of skills they’ve worked hard to develop.
