Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a dental laboratory technician to operate and maintain 3D printers and perform processing of dental guides, implants, and crowns in Irvine. The role includes cleaning, sterilizing, inspecting components, and preparing cases for shipping, with additional duties as needed.

Prior dental experience is a plus and dexterity is essential. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with competitive hourly pay and potential for workflow-related responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience requiring hand and finger dexterity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates, cleans, and maintains 3D-Printers (Stratasys, Asiga, Etc.).
• Washes, cleans, sterilizes, and inspects sterile surgical guides and glue metal sleeves according to case specs.
• Removes guides and implants parts from crib to case and prepares case for shipping.
• Washes, cleans, seals and cements inserts for post-process 3D-Printed crowns.
• Issues parts and appropriate items to designated cases.
• Tests software and hardware; validates or calibrates system or equipment as needed.
• Scans plaster models in 3D scanner (3Shape).
• Tracks, monitors, and maintains minimum inventory level of parts.
• Adheres to department and company quality standard protocols.
• Performs other related duties as business needs require at direction of management.

Education and Experience:

Pay Range: $18.00/hr.
