Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on dental office experience.

• Current Radiology Certification and CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, instruments and chairside procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate activities of staff to maintain clinical workflow.
• Organize daily schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Serve as liaison between assistants, hygienists, and dentists to streamline communication.
• Train and onboard new staff; enforce infection control and office protocols.
• Order, receive, and maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment.
• Perform chairside duties including room setup/breakdown, instrument sterilization, X-rays, and patient prep.
