Family Health Center in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Dental Support Technician to assist the dental team with cleaning, sterilization and disinfection of care equipment. You will help maintain infection control standards and support operations across operatories.

Must have a high school diploma or GED; custodial experience is a plus. You will work independently with minimal supervision, stock rooms and assist hygienists during downtime, while adhering to safety procedures.

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in custodial services is preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• To perform high-quality cleaning procedures, while working in a safe and effective manner.
• To ensure that all areas of the dental practice are regularly cleaned, paying attention to safety procedures and infection control.
• Disinfection of dental operatory.
• Transportation of dirty instruments.
• Stocking the rooms/operatories and storage room.
• Helping hygienist during down time.
• Attends in-service, departmental and staff meetings.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as required by business needs.
