Qualifications

• Washington State DOH Dental Assistant Registration required.
• 3+ years dental office experience preferred.
• Current BLS CPR required (within 1 month of hire).
• TB testing annually.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dental assistants and reception staff.
• Coordinate patient flow, scheduling, triage, and daily clinic operations.
• Provide chairside support and ensure sterilization and OSHA compliance.
• Oversee quality improvement activities, reporting, and documentation.
• Assist with dental insurance verification, coding, and cost estimates.
• Maintain clinic supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Support community outreach and dental program growth.
• Serve as working supervisor during staffing shortages.
