Job summary
a-teamdentalstaffing seeks a dedicated Dental Assistant to support a Denti-Cal oriented office serving a mix of insured patients in a private-practice style setting.
You will welcome patients, prepare them for treatments, perform radiographs, assist with four-handed dentistry, and maintain a clean and stocked operatory. A high school diploma and dental assistant certification or 1 year of experience are required.

- X-ray license required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients in the dental office.
- Seating and dismissing patients for the day.
- Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort.
- Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry.
- Occasionally undertake lab tasks as instructed.
- Complete necessary radiographs on patients efficiently and quickly.
- Sterilize instruments according to state regulations.
- Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked.

Seeking a Dental Assistant who has a passion to help the community by providing dental services in a Denti-Cal based office that doesn't operate a clinical practice but as a private practice for Denti-Cal patients. This office also accepts other insurance, so it is a healthy mixture of insurance base patients.
- Welcome patients in the dental office
- Seating and Dismissing Patients for the day
- Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
- Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
- Sterilize instruments according to state regulations
- Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry -
- Occasionally Undertake lab tasks as instructed
- Complete necessary radiographs on patients efficiently and quickly
- Keep the dental room is clean and well-stocked

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
- High school diploma
