Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior dental or medical experience preferred, but training offered.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and equipment
• Maintain sterilization logs and ensure protocol compliance
• Prepare and restock treatment rooms with instruments and supplies
• Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, etc.)
• Properly dispose of biohazard materials
• Assist clinical team with room turnover between patients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sterilization and clinical areas
• Follow all infection control and safety guidelines
