Job summary

Oral Surgery Partners is seeking a Sterilization Technician for the Summerville, SC practice. You will ensure all surgical instruments and rooms are properly cleaned, sterilized, and organized to support efficient procedures.

Responsibilities include decontamination, tray preparation, infection control, and clinical support while upholding OSHA guidelines and maintaining safety. A team-focused, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with clinical staff and patients.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental/surgical environment.
• Willingness to learn sterilization protocols and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination, cleaning, packaging, and sterilization of instruments.
• Assemble and prep surgical trays and materials for procedures.
• Maintain OSHA and infection-control compliance and PPE protocols.
• Support clinical staff during procedures and ensure proper instrument flow.
