Job summary

High Desert Endodontics is seeking a reliable PRN Dental Sterilization Technician to support the clinical team by ensuring all operatories, instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and prepared for patient care.

In this role, you will sterilize and disinfect instruments, operate autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners, maintain inventory, and document sterilization logs while adhering to infection control and OSHA guidelines in a fast-paced dental environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Sterilize, disinfect, and prepare dental instruments and equipment.
• Monitor and operate autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, and other sterilization devices.
• Maintain inventory and restock sterilization supplies.
• Ensure operatories are stocked and prepared for procedures.
• Maintain sterilization logs and documentation.
• Follow infection control and OSHA guidelines.
• Support clinical team by turning over rooms between procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned.
