Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum of three years experience as a Dental Assistant with at least one year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of team dentistry concepts and applications; ability to transfer skills via demonstration and instruction.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, supervises and reviews the work of Dental Assistants in the unit.
• Prepares and maintains work and shift schedules for the Dental Assistants.
• Maintains inventory control and ensures adequate supplies and equipment.
• Establishes maintenance schedules for equipment and arranges repairs.
