Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile accounting records using QuickBooks Online or comparable software.
• Prepare P&L summaries, balance-sheet support, AR aging reports, and other revenue-cycle reports for the CPA.
• Monitor outstanding claims, delayed payments, patient balances, and payment-posting discrepancies.
• Analyze production, collections, AR trends, and billing workflows to improve cash flow.
