Job summary
Orange Blossom Family Health in Orlando, FL seeks a dynamic dentist to direct our AEGD residency site and mentor five residents. The role involves teaching advanced clinical skills across general dentistry and guiding residents in modern digital workflows, including intraoral scanning and CAD/CAM crown milling.
The position also includes maintaining a part-time clinic schedule for patients in need and collaborating with program leadership on curriculum, evaluation and accreditation.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited school.
- AEGD or GPR residency completed, or 5+ years general dentistry.
- Full scope dentistry: restorative, endo, perio, prosthodontics, oral surgery, pediatrics, medically complex patients.
- Digital dentistry experience with impressions, CAD/CAM, and 3D denture design.
- Teaching or mentoring experience; meets CODA standards for program leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise five AEGD residents in a busy clinic.
- Teach advanced clinical skills across general dentistry.
- Guide residents in modern digital workflows: intraoral scanning, chairside milled crowns, 3D-printed denture design.
- Maintain part-time clinical schedule treating patients in need.
- Partner with program leadership on curriculum, evaluation and accreditation.
