Talentify in California is looking for a friendly receptionist to be the face of a modern dental practice. You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep the front desk organized to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role includes registering patients, maintaining the waiting area, handling charts and basic cash transactions, and supporting local marketing initiatives. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for training and career growth.

• Experience with multi-line phones and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage the front desk.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Maintain appointment book and confirm appointments.
• Register patients and fill charts.
• Handle cash transactions.
• Keep waiting area clean and welcoming.
• Support local marketing initiatives and other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
