Seeking Dental Receptionist in Chambersburg, PA!

Our periodontics practice in Chambersburg is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment for patients.

We are committed to providing exceptional dental care and ensuring a calm, caring, and positive experience for every patient. As the first point of contact, the Dental Receptionist sets the tone for each visit and represents our practice's values.

Schedule:
  • Full Time
  • Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Occasional Fridays (up to 6 per year)
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $18–$22/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients warmly and professionally
  • Check patients in and out efficiently
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
  • Make recare and follow-up calls as needed
  • Support daily operations alongside clinical and administrative staff
Qualifications:
  • Previous dental front office or receptionist experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with dental scheduling and terminology is a plus
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, team player
