Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Robust vision capabilities and attention to detail, including depth perception and color.
• Passion for tackling problems and breaking them down into smaller manageable steps.
• High level of comfort with digital tools and technology.
• Very high attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team player attitude and willingness to help others to help the team exceed expectations.
• Strong ability to maintain a clean work area and keep equipment, tools, and supplies clean to avoid contamination with foreign material.

Responsibilities

• Operate quickly: QC dentures and night guards to fabricate high-grade dental products in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive improvements: Provide firsthand insights on workflow, equipment, and capacity improvements.
• Problem solve: Troubleshoot process, equipment and/or technology issues in a large-scale dental lab.
• Quality adherence: Uphold manufacturing quality standards and lead by example.
• Collaborate: Work with team members to identify and address bottlenecks.
