Dandy, a venture-backed dental tech company, is hiring a QC Technician (Removables) to join its on-site lab in Carrolton, TX. You will QC dentures and night guards to ensure they meet exact specifications and deadlines, working as part of a 5+ person QC team in a fast-paced digital-only facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate QC of dentures and night guards to meet customer specifications and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the QC team to identify workflow improvements and capacity opportunities.
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, and technology issues as they arise in a large dental lab.
• Uphold manufacturing quality standards, including polishing protocols, to support scalability.
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure contamination-free equipment and tools.

About The Role

We are looking for a QC Technician (Removables) to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The QC Technician (Removables) will operate as part of a team of 5+ QC technicians in a state‑of‑the‑art digital‑only facility in Carrolton, TX. You will be responsible for QC’ing dentures and night guards to ensure that orders are fabricated at the highest quality standards per customer deadlines. What You’ll Do

• Operate Quickly: QC dentures and night guards to fabricate high‑grade dental products in a fast‑paced environment, following detailed specifications from the order form to correctly double‑check work completed against Dr. expectations.
• Drive Improvements: Serve as the go‑to individual with firsthand insights on workflow, equipment, and capacity improvement opportunities to help drive high quality products.
• Problem Solve: Roll up your sleeves to quickly troubleshoot and solve process, equipment and/or technology issues as you operate within a large‑scale fast‑paced dental lab.
• Quality Adherence: Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards (e.g., polishing protocols) and lead by example. High quality is key to efficient scalability.
• Collaborate: Work with other team members to identify and quickly address bottlenecks.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0–2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent eye‑hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Robust vision capabilities and attention to detail, including depth perception and color.
• Passion for tackling problems and breaking them down into smaller manageable steps.
• High level of comfort with digital tools and technology.
• Very high attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team‑player attitude and willingness to help others so the team exceeds expectations.
• Strong ability to maintain a clean work area and keep equipment, tools, and supplies clean to avoid contamination with foreign material.
• Natural curiosity and ability to learn new concepts, tools, and workflows quickly.
• Strong self‑motivation, self‑direction, and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
