Position Summary

As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee installation projects to ensure their successful delivery, utilizing your technical expertise to support in the field. You will manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Own Basecamp projects.


• Ensure completion of all tasks.


• Submit site checks, install requests, and follow-ups via Basecamp.


• Review ES Quotes for accuracy before ordering.


• Update estimated install dates in CRM.


• Send customer equipment install surveys.


• Archive within Basecamp and review uploaded site checks for quality.


• Minimize installation hours and assist regional inventories.


• Help achieve sales goals and monitor equipment survey scores.


• Lead weekly equipment calls.


• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training installers.


• Coordinate with other geographies for large installs.


• Manage RMAs from manufacturers.


• Add team members to Basecamps and coordinate support needs.


• Complete network evaluations and submit movers forms.


• Schedule installations and work with logistics for issues.


• Ensure warranty and non-warranty returns are processed.
