Job summary

Noble Community Clinics in Mauston, Wisconsin, seeks an Associate Dental Director to provide clinical leadership for our dental services and mentor providers across sites in Mauston, Stevens Point, or Wautoma. This role blends dentistry with leadership, quality improvement, and program oversight.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental school.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical dental experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in people management and building a positive, engaged team environment preferred.
• Completion of an accredited General Practice Residency program preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, coaching, and mentoring to dental providers.
• Support provider development, engagement, and professional growth.
• Participate in provider evaluations and performance development.
• Represent dental providers and communicate their needs and recommendations to the Chief Dental Officer.
• Assist with administering, maintaining, and expanding dental programs and services.
• Collaborate with operational and fiscal leaders on dental site operations.
• Prepare and monitor reports related to dental program performance and initiatives.
• Help achieve organizational and programmatic goals.
