Job summary

Noble Community Clinics is seeking an Associate Dental Director to join our team and provide clinical leadership for our dental services. This role blends clinical dentistry with leadership, quality improvement, and program oversight to improve access to care in a community health setting.

You will supervise dental providers, coach teams, and help grow our dental programs while collaborating with the Chief Dental Officer and site leadership.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited dental school.
  • Completion of an accredited General Practice Residency program preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Examine patients, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide preventive, restorative, and therapeutic dental care.
  • Educate patients on oral health and disease prevention.
  • Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate.
  • Promote high-quality, patient-centered dental care.
  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, coaching, and mentoring to dental providers.
  • Support provider development, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Participate in provider evaluations and performance development.
  • Represent dental providers and communicate their needs to the Chief Dental Officer.
  • Assist with administering, maintaining, and expanding dental programs and services.
  • Collaborate with operational and fiscal leaders on dental site operations.
  • Prepare and monitor reports related to dental program performance and initiatives.
  • Help achieve organizational and programmatic goals.
  • Monitor adherence to clinical protocols, standards, and best practices.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and outcomes.

Noble Community Clinics is seeking an Associate Dental Director to join our team and provide clinical leadership for our dental services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist who is passionate about patient-centered care, provider development, and improving access to quality dental services in a community health center setting.


As the Associate Dental Director, you will provide clinical supervision and mentorship to dental providers, support the growth and operations of our dental program, and collaborate closely with the Chief Dental Officer and site leadership. What You'll Do

Provide Clinical Care

Champion Quality & Compliance


  • Participate in Quality Improvement, Peer Review, and other committees.

  • Support quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, accreditation, and organizational requirements.


Build Teams & Community Partnerships


  • Assist with continuing education, training, and staff orientation.

  • Share clinical expertise and best practices with providers and staff.

  • Participate in recruitment and retention activities.

  • Support community outreach and oral health promotion.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and organizational leaders.


What We're Looking For


  • Graduate of an accredited dental school.

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical dental experience preferred.

  • 2-3 years of experience in people management and building a positive, engaged team environment preferred.

  • Completion of an accredited General Practice Residency program preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
