Job summary

VistaApex Solutions is hiring a Production Associate in Racine, WI to perform packaging, repackaging, and light assembly of disposable dental products in a clean, climate-controlled facility. You will work under ISO 13485 procedures and quality standards while maintaining GMP practices and 5S/EHS guidelines.

The role is entry-level with supervision and opportunities to learn syringe filling, kitting, and standard procedures in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to follow written procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Package, repackage, and light assemble disposable dental products.
• Follow ISO 13485 manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation following 5S and EHS practices.
• Verify materials and quantities per Work Orders and BOMs.
• Accurately complete batch records and work instructions.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory protocols at all times.
