Base pay range

$110,762.00/yr - $135,375.00/yr

  • Negotiating and closing large sales opportunities by presenting to individuals or to groups through use of persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding sales target while managing administrative and CRM responsibilities.
  • Solving complex problems with a positive attitude in a highly competitive environment.
  • Analyzing point of sale and market share data to understand where to spend time and resources.
  • Collaborating and sharing knowledge with numerous people within different segments of the organization

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the dental industry

AND

  • Current, valid Driver’s License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Five (5) years of sales in the oral care business segment/industry in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Experience with Data Analytics is preferred
  • Knowledge/experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce

Work location:

  • Remote – field based in the Northwest Illinois area. Territory includes but not limited to : Du Page, Kane, Lake, and McHenry counties. Candidate must reside in this area.

Travel: May include up to 35% domestic

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $110,762 - $135,375, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
