Community Dental Partners is seeking a Dental Practice Manager for Willis Family Dental. The role oversees daily operations, supports dentists, and leads staff through hiring, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities include managing scheduling, budgeting, revenue cycles, marketing support, and ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations. A college degree is preferred but not required; bilingual ability is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual, English/Spanish (written and spoken preferred).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, self-starter, initiative.
