At Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, we are seeking a proven leader with strong dental experience to manage and inspire our Charlotte-Ballantyne team. This role is pivotal—not just in maintaining clinical efficiency, but in cultivating a high-performing, people-first culture.

This Role Is for You If You:
  • Have 3+ years of hands-on dental office management experience—and understand the unique flow, demands, and priorities of a dental environment
  • Understand scheduling, treatment coordination, insurance workflows, and team structure in a clinical setting
  • Are a leader at heart—you motivate, coach, and lead by example, with integrity and clear expectations
  • Create a drama-free, respectful environment where teams grow and patients feel valued
  • Communicate clearly and confidently across all levels—from front desk to clinical staff to patients
