GraceMed Health Clinic in Wichita, KS seeks a Dental Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, greet them warmly, verify appointment details, and ensure accurate entry in the ECW system. This role supports scheduling and data collection to keep patient records current.
The position is full-time, non-exempt, with a focus on customer service, confidentiality, and teamwork in a medical/dental reception setting.

Essential Role: Provides critical first contact between patients and GraceMed Health Clinic, Inc. Professionally greets and directs patients through scheduling follow-up appointments and updating pertinent information in EClinical Works (ECW) database.
Education/Certifications/Licenses/Registrations
Normal schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm., schedule may vary.
Medical/dental office setting. Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Bending, stooping, and lifting (up to 50lbs.) may be required. Interaction with physicians, patients and other office personnel. May involve contact with angry, upset or ill persons. May involve potential exposure to blood and body fluids and other hazardous substances. Must have visual acuity and manual dexterity to interface with computer. Must have auditory acuity to handle phone calls.
