Qualifications

• College degree (AS or BS/BA) with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in dental billing, insurance filing and reimbursement processes.
• Knowledge of dentistry, ADA codes and dental practice software (axiUm).
• Strong communication, leadership and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, patient relations, payments, and PCC duties.
• Manage PCCs in clinical areas and provide coverage as needed.
• Participate in hiring, orient and train new PCC staff.
• Monitor timekeeping, evaluations, and performance discipline forms.
• Develop and implement PCC training programs and reports.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, OSHA and safety guidelines.
• Maintain patient flow and support student education in front-office operations.
