We have a fantastic opportunity for an Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator!

The Front Desk Coordinator's primary responsibility is to handle all front office functions for the practice. The coordinator must ensure that patients, parents, and/or guardians are the number one priority.

Education and Experience:
  • Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
Specific Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Ability to travel between multiple locations.
  • Customer service oriented with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with staff and management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and timeliness.
  • Strong PC skills and ability to learn new programs quickly.
