Job Opportunity: Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator at Ashby Park Family Orthodontics

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator at Ashby Park Family Orthodontics! The primary responsibility of the Front Desk Coordinator is to manage all front office functions, ensuring that patients, parents, and guardians are the top priority.

Requirements:
  • Bilingual proficiency is a must.
Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Education and Experience:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is preferred.
Specific Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Ability to travel between multiple locations.
  • Customer service-oriented with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with staff and management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and perform duties efficiently.
  • Strong PC skills and ability to learn new programs quickly.
