Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) to lead the office, drive patient service, and oversee staff through a ten-week training program designed to build leadership and business knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year managing a team of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain office staff.

• Review monthly results, manage profit and loss and align sales with goals.
• Lead daily huddles to align expectations and improve performance.
• Additional tasks as required.
